Total RCM Solutions began in 2017. However, our founding partners collectively bring over 100 years of experience to the table.

We have frequent trainings and keep our software updated to accommodate the ever-changing regulations.  
2. How do I find out the costs of your services?
   • Typically our prospective clients will engage in a short 10-minute phone call where our team asks questions about your practice, and your specific needs. This allows us to ensure that we fully understand your expectations, and what services we will be providing for your practice. After this call, our managing partners will assess the information you provided, to create a tailor-made written proposal with our services and costs outlined. This will be sent to you for review.  
3. How do I get started? 
   • Once we have the initial call and a contract is signed, Total RCM Solutions will get to work right away, to keep your revenue flowing, and often increasing it.  
4. Do I have to switch to your software program? 
   • No, Total RCM Solutions is experienced in many EHR and practice management systems. We use your software so there is no disruption due to a switchover. We also offer software recommendations, if you don’t have a software program, or are looking for a change. We can assist you with getting it set up for your practice.   
5. What if I have questions after everything is set up? 
   • We have several knowledgeable and dedicated account managers on our team. Each of our clients will be designated an account manager, and a direct line of communication with them. Account managers have meetings with their designated practices, no matter how often our client requires. This is so we can offer our clients full transparency and communication. We understand the level of trust placed in our hands by our clients. We want to assure our clients that they are in good hands.
