Quick Buildings Modular, LLC. is a small business that supplies commercial modular buildings to the Southeast United States. We specialize in providing custom modular buildings to our clients.
What is your vision?
It is our vision to provide quality modular products that exceed our customers’ expectations and meet their business needs. Our goal is to accomplish this by striving for 100% customer satisfaction with our products and service-both before, during, and after the sale. We believe that customer satisfaction is the key to our continued growth and success.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1998. We have over 26 years of experience in the commercial modular industry.
What industries do you serve?
We provide general offices, medical offices, in-plant offices, mezzanines, wall systems, classrooms, daycares, scale houses, guardhouses, churches, barbershops, salons, banks, credit unions, labs, dormitories, and more.
What are your most popular products, services, or solutions?
Our most popular products lately have been general office buildings and scale houses.
What differentiates you from your competitors?
Unlike our competitors that mass produce basic lease fleets, we operate like a boutique in that we specialize in customization. We consult with our clients and design their modular building according to their specifications to make sure that we meet their individual needs and desires.
Do you have a price range for services?
Because the range of what our customers need varies, our price range varies depending on the size and specifications of the building. Our average is right at $300,000 but some buildings can be much less. It just depends on what the customer needs.
What are some frequently asked questions?
Most of our customers want to know the extent of what we provide and how much it will cost. We provide each customer with a detailed quote as well as a drawing of their floor plan at no cost.
Have you received any special awards or recognition?
We have received awards for our work as well.
- We received the MBI Award of Distinction for the USA Healthcare Authority project which was over 28,000 square feet.
- We are also proud to announce that we have received a second MBI Award for the in-plant office laboratory we completed for Shinsung NVH.
